Check to see if the grave is damaged.
- This is only possible if you can visually confirm it during your visit.
We will carry out simple cleaning such as picking up trash and manually weeding.
- Cleaning will be carried out to the extent that staff are able to accommodate.
We will provide flowers (fresh or artificial flowers as specified by our company) and incense. Please note that the incense will be removed after the service is completed to prevent fires.
We will inform you of the results with photos.

Any communication fees, internet connection fees, etc. required for confirmation will be borne by the customer.
You can pay your fees by credit card, bank transfer (convenience store, bank, ATM), or internet banking.
We will check the condition of the grave, do some simple cleaning, offer flowers and incense, and create a report with photos.

We provide services throughout Kyushu, however, we may not be able to provide services in some areas, such as remote islands (see table below).

Customers who have an electricity contract with our company and are members of the member site "My Kyuden" can apply.
Eligible vacant houses will be limited to those within our jurisdiction (excluding some areas such as remote islands). -
How can I pay?
You can choose from the following payment methods: convenience store, bank ATM, credit card, or internet banking.
Regardless of the payment method, there are no fees to be paid by the contract holder.

Can I pay the service fee together with my electricity bill?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine the service charge with your electricity bill.

Can you accommodate my preferred date (such as during Obon or New Year's holidays)?
The service is available on weekdays (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, August 13th to 15th, and December 29th to January 3rd). We will try to accommodate your desired date to the extent possible, but we may not be able to accommodate your request if other customers have already applied or in the event of bad weather, etc.

Can we ask for periodic checks (e.g., four times a year)?
Currently, we do not offer multiple sessions, so please apply each time you need one.

Can I have some fruit and drinks offered?
Although this is an optional service, we would like to respond to your requests to the extent possible. Please feel free to contact us.
