・お客さまの住宅図面を基に個別に工事内容を確認するため、標準工事範囲はありません。

Equipment and installation warranties may exclude certain types of damage, such as malfunctions caused by the customer's intentional acts or gross negligence. (However, this excludes cases covered by comprehensive property insurance.) For malfunctions falling under the above categories, you will be charged for the actual costs incurred for repair or replacement (parts, labor, travel expenses, etc.).
Please note that comprehensive property insurance does not cover damage caused by the customer's intentional acts or gross negligence, as well as damage caused by certain natural disasters (earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, etc.). Furthermore, if repair costs exceed the insurance amount, the customer will be responsible for the excess amount. Depending on the circumstances, such as when repair is impossible, the contract may be terminated. Please note that eligibility for coverage will require an on-site inspection and review by both our company and the insurance company.
