This refers to a home that reduces energy use through high insulation, airtightness, and highly efficient equipment, while generating energy through solar power generation and other methods, so that the net energy consumption of the home per year is roughly zero or less (quoted from the "eco Scope" column in the Ministry of the Environment's "ecojin" magazine).
In recent years, there have been frequent disasters such as heavy rains, typhoons, and earthquakes, but if you install solar power generation and storage batteries, you can turn your home into your own evacuation shelter in the event of a disaster.

(Lease period is 10 or 15 years)
During the contract period, we will respond to sudden breakdowns, typhoons, heavy rains, etc. for free (Note 2)! What's more, we also provide remote monitoring equipment for peace of mind!
After the lease period expires, the equipment will be transferred free of charge! (Note 3)
You can use the equipment without paying lease fees.

・機器設置、既設配管・配線との接続
【ガス調理器・ガス給湯器から買替（新設）の場合】
・基礎工事、配水管(各箇所5ｍ以内)、電源線(各箇所15ｍ以内)、通信線(各箇所15ｍ以内)
・標準工事範囲外の例：計量器から分電盤間の幹線張替・ブレーカーの取替等が必要な場合
【蓄電池】
・基礎工事、機器設置、電気配線工事（各箇所15ｍ以内）、リモコン設置、自動電源切替機
【太陽光発電単独・太陽光発電と蓄電池同時設置（新設）の場合】
・お客さまの住宅図面を基に個別に工事内容を確認するため、標準工事範囲はありません。

The comprehensive movable property insurance included with this lease does not cover breakdowns caused by the customer's intentional or gross negligence, or breakdowns caused by some natural disasters (earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, etc.).
In addition, if repair costs etc. arise that exceed the amount insured by the comprehensive movable property insurance, the customer will be required to cover the shortfall.
Please note that we may terminate the lease contract if the equipment is unable to be repaired.
Regarding the equipment and construction warranty, and the equipment warranty and construction warranty pursuant to the Inspection and Support Regulations, malfunctions caused by the customer's intentional or negligent acts or external factors such as the intrusion of insects, animals or plants will not be covered by the warranty (excluding items covered by comprehensive movable property insurance), and we will charge you the actual costs incurred for repair or replacement (cost of parts, labor, travel expenses, etc.).
