Rate Plan for households - While there is a limit to the fuel cost adjustment for "Residential lighting B and Residential lighting C," there is no limit for the "Applicable Rate Plan for which you can subscribe to the Sukusuku Baby Plan (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicable Rate Plan")," so if fuel prices rise, the applicable Rate Plan may have a higher fuel cost adjustment amount. Therefore, depending on your contract status and electricity usage, etc., even if you would save money based on a calculation that does not take the fuel cost adjustment amount into account, you may not save money by subscribing to the applicable Rate Plan.

I have signed up for the Baby Plan, when will I receive the discount?
The number of times you can receive the discount will vary depending on your child's age at the time of application. Also, depending on when you apply, the first discount may be in May of the following year.

How can I check the discount amount?
To check the discount amount, please access My Kyuden and check the charges for the month that the discount applies to the Sukusuku Baby Plan. The discount amount will be displayed as "Plan discount."
(Note) With the signing up for the Sukusuku Baby Plan, the method of checking your monthly meter reading will change to the Internet. You will no longer receive "Notice of Electricity Usage (Meter Reading Slip)" or "Confirmation Purchased power amount."

Can I still get a discount if I move?
If your electricity contract is canceled due to a move, your Sukusuku Akachan Plan will also be canceled at the same time.
Regarding your electricity contract at your new address, the Sukusuku Akachan Plan will not be automatically carried over, so you will need to apply for it again.

Can I receive a discount if I give birth at my hometown or visit my hometown?
Please note that temporary housing is not eligible for the discount.

First, please go through the procedure to switch your contract to our company (this may take up to one month).

Why is the target age limited to children under 3 years old?
We limit our children to those aged 3 and under, as this is the age at which they can attend kindergarten. Until your child starts kindergarten, childcare will be primarily done at home, so we hope to be of some support to you.
