1) Migration from outside Kyushu (excluding temporary relocations due to work transfers, continuing education, etc.)

2Application made within one year of starting electricity usage (Note 1)

3Subscribing to a household Rate Plan (Note 2)

① A copy of the residence certificate showing only the contract holder's information and verifying that the contract holder has moved from outside Kyushu

  1. Please make sure that your family member's information is not included. Please send us a document that was issued within the last year. (Photos are acceptable.) After we receive your document, we will dispose of it responsibly.

②IJU-Turn Support Plan Application Form

  1. The condition is that the date of application (the date on which we receive your application) must be within one year of the date on which you started using electricity at the demand location in question.
     
  2. Eligible Rate Plan: Smart Family Plan, Smart Family Plan (with gas), Smart Business Plan, Smart Business Plan (with gas), JAL All Electric Nighttime Select, Denka Night Select, Ohisama Lunch Special Plan, seasonal lighting, Lighting by Time Slot Lighting by Season & Time-of- Use lighting, Lighting in Peak Shifts, High-Load Lighting Plan.
    • Customers who currently have Residential lighting B or C contract can also apply. In addition, if you have Residential lighting B contract, you will need to agree to a Residential lighting plan change to Smart Family Plan (2-year contract discount applied), and if you have Residential lighting C contract, you will need to agree to Rate Plan change to Smart Business Plan.
    • While there is a limit to the fuel cost adjustment for "Residential lighting B and Residential lighting C," there is no limit for the "Applicable Rate Plan for which you can subscribe to the IJU-Turn Support Plan (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicable Rate Plan")," so if fuel prices rise, the "Applicable Rate Plan" may have a higher fuel cost adjustment amount. Therefore, depending on your contract status and electricity usage, etc., even if you would save money in an estimate that does not take the fuel cost adjustment amount into account, you may not save money by subscribing to the "Applicable Rate Plan."
  • The electricity charges subject to the calculation of the discount amount include Adjustments for fuel costs, etc. and the equivalent of consumption tax, etc., but exclude Renewable energy surcharge.
     
  • The discount applies only to lighting contracts for the main residence, and excludes areas covered by the supply terms and conditions for remote islands, etc.
     
  • If you use this plan in conjunction with the Sukusuku Baby Plan, there will be no double discount on the discount month (May) of the Sukusuku Baby Plan. (The May fee will be discounted by 10% for the Sukusuku Baby Plan.)
