- Gas alarms detect gas, carbon monoxide (CO), and smoke from fires and issue an alarm. They are not devices that prevent gas leaks, CO generation due to incomplete combustion, or fires, nor do they guarantee the prevention of damage caused by gas leaks, CO, or fires. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by gas leaks, CO, or fires.
- If gas or CO does not reach the gas detection unit, the gas alarm function and CO alarm function will not work.
- The system may not issue an alarm for gas or carbon monoxide (CO) generated in other rooms.
- If smoke is drawn in by a ventilation fan or similar device and does not reach the smoke detection unit, the fire alarm function will not activate.
- Rooms without fire alarms cannot be monitored for fire.
- If there are any issues with the installation location or equipment, please contact us.
- Please be sure to read the instruction manual carefully before use and use the product correctly.

- The alarm system lease agreement is available to customers who have a city gas usage contract with our company.
- The lease term is five years.
- The monthly lease fee will be added to your gas bill.
- The billing timing, payment period, and payment method for lease fees will be the same as for gas fees.
- We will notify the contract holder of the contract's expiration approximately two months before the contract ends.
- If the alarm does not function correctly during the contract period or within the warranty period, we will inspect and replace it free of charge upon request from the customer. However, this does not apply if no abnormality is found in the alarm or if the malfunction is not attributable to our company or our agent.
- If you wish to change the installation location after the alarm has been installed, there will be a fee for changing the installation location.
- In the event of cancellation due to customer reasons, we will charge the lease fee for the month in which the cancellation takes place, plus a cancellation fee (1,000 yen + tax).
- Since the alarm system is our property, if it is lost, damaged, or misplaced, we will charge you for the actual costs incurred and any compensation for damages.
- If lease payments are delayed, or if your gas usage contract with us is terminated, or for any other reason that makes it difficult to continue the lease agreement, we reserve the right to terminate the contract.
- If the alarm system being replaced is under a lease agreement, you will need to cancel the contract yourself.
- If you terminate your lease agreement due to unavoidable reasons such as moving, you may be required to return the alarm system to the leasing company.
- Cancellations due to other reasons attributable to the customer may incur a cancellation fee.
- For details regarding your previous lease agreement, please contact your current leasing company.
