Power transmission consignment charge is the amount equivalent to the transmission and distribution network usage fee required to supply electricity to customers, and is a reference value calculated by applying the customer's contract details and electricity usage to the wheeling supply terms and conditions of Kyushu Electric Power Transmission and Distribution Co., Ltd. This page explains how to calculate Power transmission consignment charge for low-voltage customers.
Low-voltage metered-rate customers can calculate Power transmission consignment charge (Notes 2, 3, 4) by multiplying the amount of electricity used by the average low-voltage Wheeling Charge (Note 1).

- This calculation is based on Kyushu Electric Power Transmission and Distribution Co., Ltd.'s transmission and supply terms and conditions.
- This is a re-posting of the connection transmission service fee (equivalent to the demand side Wheeling Charge) included in the electricity bill, and is a reference value.
- Adjustments for universal service to remote islands are not taken into account.
- This includes Compensation surcharge stipulated by law (0.08 yen including tax included) (Note 5) and Nuclear decommissioning surcharge (0.09 yen including tax included) (Note 6).
- Compensation surcharge is the amount equivalent to the costs that should have been prepared for compensation for nuclear damage before the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant accident.
- Nuclear decommissioning surcharge is the amount equivalent to the cost of smoothly decommissioning a nuclear power plant, in line with the basic energy policy of reducing dependency on nuclear power.
