Alarm leasing

The lease fee is free for the month in which you start your lease agreement, and the monthly lease fee can be paid together with your gas bill.

 

After you sign the contract, Kyushu Electric Power will register and manage the equipment, and will also notify you of replacement before the lease period expires, so you can rest assured.

Gas Rate Plan

By signing up for a package of electricity and gas, you can save on your gas bill.

The amount you save will be determined by your electricity Contract ampere or Contracted Electricity Capacity and your monthly gas usage fee.

Calculation conditions

  • Electricity 30 amps, 250 kWh/month is our published model. Gas 23 m3/month is Saibu Gas' published model.
    Electricity rates will be calculated based on the unit price from April 1, 2024, and Adjustments for fuel costs, etc. (May 2025: 2.10 yen/kWh), Renewable Energy Generation Promotion Surcharge (FY2025: 3.98 yen/kWh), and the equivalent of consumption tax, etc.
  • スマートファミリープランおよびスマートファミリープラン[ガスセット]には2年契約割引(-777円/年)のひと月相当額(-64円/月)を含みます。
     
  • Gas rates include a resource cost adjustment (May 2025: 10.33 yen/cubic meter) and the equivalent of consumption tax, etc.
  • This information is based solely on estimated conditions, and actual electricity and gas rates will vary depending on usage conditions, fuel cost adjustments, raw material cost adjustments, etc.
     
  • Depending on your current electricity usage, changing your electricity Rate Plan may result in higher electricity bills. For example, while "Residential lighting B" has a limit on fuel cost adjustments, "Smart Family Plan [Gas Set]" and "JAL Denki B" do not, so if fuel prices rise, the fuel cost adjustment amount may be higher for "Smart Family Plan [Gas Set]" and "JAL Denki B". Therefore, depending on your contract status and electricity usage, even if you would save money in an estimate that does not take into account the fuel cost adjustment amount, you may not save money by subscribing to "Smart Family Plan [Gas Set]" or "JAL Denki B".
