If you wish to request changes to your equipment under a contract where we purchase your electricity (retail purchase (Note 1)), please apply as follows. Please note that applications are only accepted for additions or deletions of Power generation equipment that do not require the installation of sub-meters.
- If you have reapplied for a purchase contract since April 2017, your electricity will be purchased under the transmission and distribution purchase system. Please submit your application to the appropriate authority for transmission and distribution purchases. You can check the purchasing entity (retail purchase/transmission and distribution purchase) in your latest "Notice of Purchased power amount".
- If you have no plans to obtain FIT certification and have no intention of selling electricity, please contact the electricity distribution company contact information listed below.

For applications for low-voltage solar power (including the co-location of other generators), please apply through the Transmission and Distribution New Installation/Expansion Application System (Transmission and Distribution Network), then create an application form for electricity sales from renewable energy Power generation equipment (for retail purchase), and submit it to the contract and billing center responsible for your contract area, primarily via email.
Please be sure to write the "Shipping Application No." in the margin of the application form.
For applications other than those mentioned above, please send them by mail (registered mail or Letter Pack) to the contract and billing center responsible for your service area.
