How to check your Contracted Electricity Capacity
Please check your Contracted Electricity Capacity by referring to your "Notice of Electricity Usage" (meter reading slip).
(Note)For customers with contract types other than Residential lighting B and Smart Family Plan, the Ampere (Contracted Electricity Capacity) Guide cannot perform a simulation. Please contact your nearest sales office.

STEP2 Enter the capacity and number of electrical appliances
The key to choosing the ampere (Contracted Electricity Capacity) is how many electrical appliances you plan to use at the same time. Think about the times of day when you use the most electricity at home, such as in the evenings when electricity usage is at its peak, in summer and winter, and then choose the electrical appliances you plan to use at the same time.
(Note)If you are unsure of the time of day when you will use the most electricity, please select the combination of electrical appliances that will be used simultaneously with the largest total capacity.
