If you are a customer with a contract for one Rate Plan listed below and you require the issuance of a "Notice of Electricity Usage," "Electricity Bill Transfer Slip," or "Notice of Direct Debit Results," a document issuance fee will be charged.

If you choose to have a written notice issued, a paper issuance fee of 110 yen (tax included) per notice will be charged in addition to your electricity bill.

If you wish to issue a bank transfer slip, a paper issuance fee of 220 yen (tax included) per slip will be charged in addition to your electricity bill.
If you would like to be issued a written notice of the results of your direct debit, a paper issuance fee of 110 yen (tax included) per notice will be charged to you along with your next electricity bill.

Customers who no longer require paid "Notice of Electricity Usage" or "Notice of Direct Debit Results" are asked to apply by phone.
