Once you have decided to move, check what procedures you need to follow.
You can easily complete moving procedures online 24 hours a day. If you would like to complete the following procedures, please check the "Information to prepare in advance" and then apply online.
You can apply for either "electricity only" or "electricity + gas".
- Those who are entering into a new contract with Kyushu Electric Power
- Those who wish to cancel their current contract with Kyushu Electric Power and continue their contract at their new address
- Those who are cancelling their contract with Kyushu Electric Power (moving outside Kyushu)
- Desired Rate Plan
- Desired date for cutting off electricity and gas
- Desired date to start using electricity and gas
- Contract holder's name
- Current (old) Customer number
- Address where electricity and gas will be stopped
- Address where electricity and gas will start being used
- Payment information (bank account, credit card, etc.)
- Not required if paying by bank transfer slip
- Electric supply ID number (optional)
