We will decide the start date for supply in consultation with the customer, and after going through the necessary procedures, we will start supplying electricity promptly.

• If construction work on power distribution facilities is required as a result of the start of or change to a contract, you may be required to pay construction costs, etc. in accordance with the terms of your electricity contract.

• If the supply of electricity is suspended or the use of electricity is restricted, we will not be liable for compensation for damages suffered by customers (except when the cause is due to reasons for which we are liable).
• Due to the nature of electricity, returns are not possible.

We will consult with you to determine the start date of use, and after completing the necessary procedures, we will supply gas promptly.

• If construction work on facilities is required as a result of the start of or change to a contract, you may be required to pay construction costs, etc., in accordance with the terms of your gas contract and the Saibu Gas Transmission Supply Terms and Conditions.
• We may decline all or part of your application for a usage agreement depending on the payment status of the fee and other factors.
• If gas cannot be supplied on the start date of use, or if the general gas pipeline operator stops supplying gas or restricts gas use, we will not be liable for compensation for any damages suffered by the customer (except when the cause is due to reasons for which we are liable).
• Due to the nature of gas, returns are not possible.
• For any other matters not mentioned above, please refer to your gas contract terms.

The service fee is 2,189 yen (tax included) per month, and will be billed together with our electricity bill. A discount of 110 yen (tax included) will be applied to the total bill.

Payment will be made according to the payment method selected for the applicable electricity contract when applying (direct debit, credit card, SMS payment, or transfer slip).

This will be in accordance with the payment due date of the applicable electricity contract you select when applying.

The service will be provided from the date on which the customer's application is accepted by the Company and a service contract is concluded.

• If the customer fails to pay electricity charges or service charges after the due date has passed, or if the customer violates the "U-NEXT for Kyushu Electric Power Service Terms and Conditions," and the customer fails to resolve the situation despite being notified in advance by the Company, the Company may cancel the service agreement.
• We may decline your application for a service contract depending on your payment status for electricity bills, etc.
• The service fee charged for this service is only the monthly plan fee for the video service for monthly members as stipulated by U-NEXT Co., Ltd. in the U-NEXT Terms of Use, etc. If you use a paid service other than the monthly plan, you will be charged the usage fee for that service by U-NEXT Co., Ltd.
• For customers who are eligible for the first-time registration bonus, if you continue to use the service after the end of the trial period, service charges will be incurred from the month following the last day of the trial period. (The 110 yen (tax included) discount will not be applied during the trial period.)
• How the trial period works (for a maximum trial period of 2 months)
  • The trial period is from the date on which provision of this service begins until the last day of the following calendar month that includes that date (maximum of two months), during which no service fees will be charged. (For example, if provision begins on June 15th, the trial period will be from June 15th to July 31st. If you continue your contract after August 1st, service fees will be charged.)
• How the trial period works (for a maximum trial period of 3 months)
  • The trial period is from the date on which provision of this service begins until the end of the second month following the calendar month that includes that date (maximum of three months), during which no service fees will be charged. (For example, if provision begins on June 15th, the trial period is from June 15th to August 31st. If you continue your contract after September 1st, service fees will be charged.)
