1. Target

(1) Contract

"Contract for receiving electricity from renewable energy Power generation equipment" concluded between the power producer and our company

  • New FIT contracts applied for after April 2017 will be for purchase of electricity through transmission and distribution, so please submit the necessary documents to Kyushu Electric Power Transmission and Distribution Co., Ltd.

(2) Documents

We mainly handle the following documents:

  • Request for consent to transfer of claims/Consent form
  • Status transfer reservation acceptance request form/acceptance form
  • Request for approval of claim/pledge establishment/approval letter
  • Request for consent to transfer of claims/Consent form
  • Notice of assignment of claims
  • Pledge Notice
  • Notice of cancellation of assignment of claims
  • The above is just an example.

2. How to submit

(1) Advance confirmation of contents

  • Depending on the content of the request/consent form, we may not be able to accept it due to reasons such as it being in violation of the guidelines.
  • We will check the contents before sending this document, so please send the Word data of the document to the email address below. After checking the contents, we will reply by email.
    Please be sure to also read the "Common Cases Where Confirmation is Not Possible" below before requesting confirmation.

(2) Sending documents
