1. Target

(1) Contract

"Contract for receiving electricity from renewable energy Power generation equipment" concluded between the power producer and our company

  • 2017年4月以降に新規で申し込まれたFIT契約は、送配電買取となりますので、書類は九州電力送配電株式会社へご提出ください。

（2）書類

主に、以下の書類について対応させていただきます。

  • Request for consent to transfer of claims/Consent form
  • Status transfer reservation acceptance request form/acceptance form
  • Request for approval of claim/pledge establishment/approval letter
  • Request for consent to transfer of claims/Consent form
  • 債権譲渡通知書
  • 質権設定通知書
  • 債権譲渡解除通知書
  • 上記は一例です。

2. How to submit

(1) Advance confirmation of contents

  • 依頼書／承諾書の内容によっては、要綱に反するなどの理由により、当社が承諾できない場合がございます。
  • 本書の送付前に、内容を確認させていただきますので、下記のメールアドレスまで書類のWordデータを送付してください。当社にて内容確認のうえ、メールにてご回答させていただきます。
    なお、確認のご依頼にあたっては、必ず事前に以下の「よくある不可事例」もご覧ください。

（2）書類の送付

本書を以下の宛先まで、郵便にて送付してください。

  • 債権差押通知書は、各契約・料金センターに送付してください。

If there is a consent form, we will return it to you after stamping it.

  • 押印、返送までに5営業日程度いただきます。
