*If there is no change in your actual usage (such as a change of name due to marriage), we will only change the name on your current contract.
*If there is a change in actual usage (such as the death of the contract holder or a change in name due to inheritance), the current contract will be terminated and a new contract will be accepted under the new name.

- We will record the contents of applications, inquiries, etc. received by customers over the phone to prevent mistakes in reception. The contents of the recording will be deleted within six months.
- International calls cannot be made.
- You can call from regular landlines, mobile phones, PHS, IP phones, public phones, etc. However, please note that you may not be able to call from IP phones, so please call from a mobile phone, etc. (For details about restrictions on calling from IP phones, please contact your telecommunications carrier.)
