- When making various applications or inquiries regarding electricity, we will be able to assist you more smoothly if you provide Customer number, which is listed on your "Notice of Electricity Usage" etc., along with your address and name.
- We will record the contents of applications, inquiries, etc. received by customers over the phone to prevent mistakes in reception. The contents of the recording will be deleted within six months.
- International calls cannot be made.
