「My九電」で、毎月の電気料金・ご使用量がご確認いただけます。

お客さま番号は、毎月お渡ししております「電気ご使用量のお知らせ」などからご確認ください。お客さま番号がご不明な場合は最寄りの当社営業所へお問い合わせください。

You can check your monthly electricity charges and usage in the "Electricity Usage Notice" that we send to you every month.
If you are a customer under certain Rate Plan and would like to be issued a notice of your electricity usage, a paper issuance fee of 110 yen (tax included included) per notice will be charged in addition to your electricity bill. For details, please see Setting the Paper Issuance Fee.

電気（ガス）料金・ご使用量等、個人情報の開示請求に対する書面回答は、手数料をご負担いただきます。

If you would like a written response, please submit a "Request for Disclosure of Electricity (Gas) Bills, Usage Records, etc."

Please note that we will respond to you after payment of the fee.

Simple inquiries such as results for the current month or previous month can also be made by phone.
