- The electricity figures of 30 amps and 250 kWh/month are our company's published models. The gas figures of 23 cubic meters/month are Saibu Gas's published models.
Electricity charges are calculated based on the unit price effective from April 1, 2024, and Adjustments for fuel costs, etc. (May 2026: 1.24 yen/kWh), Renewable Energy Generation Promotion Surcharge (FY2026: 4.18 yen/kWh), and consumption tax equivalent. - スマートファミリープランおよびスマートファミリープラン[ガスセット]には2年契約割引（-777円/年）のひと月相当額（-64円/月）を含みます。
- Gas charges include a raw material cost adjustment (May 2026: 0.98 yen/cubic meter) and the equivalent amount of consumption tax.
