Rate Plan for all-electric homes

We introduce two Rate Plan for all-electric homes.

You can choose from three different schedules (9pm to 7am the next day, 10pm to 8am the next day, 11pm to 9am the next day) to suit your lifestyle.

• The contracted power will be between 0.5kW and 50kW.
   
• The contract award method will be based on actual quantity.
   
• Bank transfer discount (55 yen discount per month) does not apply.
   
• Please shift the load to holidays and nighttime.
   
• If you have an electric water heater, please check the power-on time settings in advance, as depending on the time the heater is turned on, it may be turned on during more expensive daytime hours.
   
• In addition to Base charge and Power usage charge, the electricity rate also includes a fuel cost adjustment and Renewable Energy Generation Promotion Surcharge. Since there is no upper limit to the fuel cost adjustment that applies to All Electric Nighttime Select, in the event of a sharp rise in fuel prices, the fuel cost adjustment amount may be higher with All Electric Nighttime Select compared to rate Rate Plan that have an upper limit on the fuel cost adjustment (such as Residential lighting B). Therefore, depending on the customer's contract status and electricity usage, etc., the actual electricity rate may not be more cost-effective if you subscribe to All Electric Nighttime Select, even if the estimated price does not take into account the fuel cost adjustment amount.

• This offer is for customers who use an EcoCute water heater, a storage battery, or an electric vehicle, and who can switch their electricity usage to "Sunshine Time" using the relevant equipment.
• Customers who own solar power generation systems may experience a decrease in electricity sales revenue due to the shift of load from "EcoCute," "storage batteries," and "electric vehicles" to "Ohisama Time." Therefore, depending on your contract details and electricity usage, your actual electricity bill may not be more advantageous even if the calculations suggest it would be.
• In addition to Base charge and Power usage charge, the electricity rate also includes a fuel cost adjustment and Renewable Energy Generation Promotion Surcharge. Because there is no upper limit to the fuel cost adjustment applied to the Ohisama Hirutoku Plan, in the event of a sharp rise in fuel prices, the fuel cost adjustment amount may be higher for the Ohisama Hirutoku Plan compared to Rate Plan that have an upper limit for fuel cost adjustment (such as Residential lighting B). The contracted power is determined based on the actual power usage (maximum power usage) of the customer. The contracted power for each month is the greater of the maximum power usage for that month and the maximum power usage for the previous 11 months, as measured by the smart meter.
