Check the status of your mailbox to see if there is any mail piling up.
- This only applies if a mailbox is installed and can be visually inspected during the visit.
We check for broken windows, graffiti, overgrowth of weeds, tree encroachment, and illegal dumping.
- We will check as much as possible from outside.
We will pick up simple trash such as empty cans and plastic bottles to the extent possible.
- Please note that we cannot collect bulky waste or items that we are unable to determine are waste or not.
We will inform you of the results with photos.

Any communication fees, internet connection fees, etc. required for confirmation will be borne by the customer.

Can I receive service anywhere in Kyushu?
We provide services throughout Kyushu, however, there may be cases where we are unable to provide services in some areas, such as remote islands (listed below).

Eligible vacant houses will be limited to those within our jurisdiction (excluding some areas such as remote islands). -
How can I pay?
You can choose from the following payment methods: convenience store, bank ATM, credit card, or internet banking.
Regardless of the payment method, there are no fees to be paid by the contract holder.

Can I pay the service fee together with my electricity bill?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine the service charge with your electricity bill.

Can you accommodate my preferred date (such as during Obon or New Year's holidays)?
The service is available on weekdays (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, August 13th to 15th, and December 29th to January 3rd). We will try to accommodate your desired date to the extent possible, but we may not be able to accommodate your request if other customers have already applied or in the event of bad weather, etc.

Can we ask for periodic checks (e.g., four times a year)?
Currently, we do not offer multiple sessions, so please apply each time you need one.

Can I apply for properties other than vacant houses, such as vacation homes?
You can apply.
Please check Customer number on the "Notice of Electricity Usage" that is provided to you every month.
If you do not know Customer number please contact your nearest branch office.
- If you have already registered, please proceed to STEP 2.
- Please agree to the "Terms of Use" and apply through "My Kyuden"
- From the account menu, go to "Vacant House Support Application"
- Check the contract details, agree and proceed to the application
- "Customer number" which is information about your electricity contract with us
- Contact information such as the address of the contract holder
- When you call, please have ready an invoice, contract details notice, or other document that shows Customer number.
- Depending on the status of your application, it may take several days for Kyushu Electric Power to contact you.
Please note that we will call the contact information you provided when you applied.
We will make arrangements after confirming your preferred date, but we may not be able to accommodate your request.
The service will be provided only after payment of the service fee has been confirmed.

Kyushu Electric Power will send you an email with "Payment Information." Click on the address in the email to proceed to the "Payment Method Selection Screen" and make your payment.

After confirming the payment of the service fee, a representative from the outsourcing company will visit the service provider and provide the service. The service will take approximately 20 minutes.
We will contact you at the email address you registered in advance by the next business day after the service is provided, so please access the member site "My Kyuden" to check the result.
You want to protect your ancestral graves. But they are far away and you can't easily visit them... We will check the condition of the graves on your behalf and let you know with photos.
