Some Kyuden Anshin Support services will be discontinued
--Ends Monday, March 31, 2025--
We have decided to end the "Grave Support," "Vacant House Support," and "Parental Filial Piety Support (Regular Visits and Regular Phone Calls)" services of Kyuden Anshin Support, which we have been providing since 2016, on Monday, March 31, 2025.
In addition, we will stop accepting new applications for "Monimamori Support" as of Monday, March 31, 2025 in preparation for improving our service content.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our many customers for their patronage since the launch of this service.
Of the services that will be discontinued, the grave and vacant house services will be offered as part of the "Life Support" (Note 1) service of Kyuden Anshin Support (Note 2) (Note 3).
In order to realize the Kyuden Group's vision, which is based on our brand message of "We want to brighten the future," the entire group will work together to improve our services so that we will continue to be chosen by customers.
- This is a service that solves problems that arise in daily life in partnership with trusted local Silver Human Resources Centers.
- "Kurashi Support" services related to graves and vacant houses will first be offered in the Fukuoka Prefecture area in April 2025, and then the target areas will be gradually expanded thereafter.
- Even in areas covered by the service, some areas may not offer services related to graves and vacant houses. For details, please check the website of the Silver Human Resources Center in your city, ward, town, or village. Please note that even if the service is offered, the Silver Human Resources Center may decide not to provide the service depending on the content of your request.
