We will be reviewing electricity rates for some low-voltage customers (mainly customers with the old all-electric plan)

In light of changes in the supply and demand structure, in order for us to continue to provide a stable supply of electricity to our customers, we will be reviewing electricity rates for some low-voltage Rate Plan (former all-electric menus, etc.) from April 1, 2025. (Announced on November 28, 2024)

In order to achieve carbon neutrality, we have been working to proactively introduce renewable energy, including solar power generation. As a result, on the supply side, the proportion of electricity generated by renewable energy sources is increasing, especially during the daytime, while on the demand side, the way electricity is used throughout the day is changing significantly due to the expansion of Private consumption of solar power generation and the progress of energy conservation and electrification.
We have decided to review our electricity rates in order to respond to these changes in the supply and demand structure and continue to provide a stable supply of electricity to our customers.

In light of changes in the supply and demand structure, we will review the nighttime Power usage charge and heat storage rate for the applicable menus. In addition, for Lighting by Season & Time-of- Use, we will also review the daytime and Personal time Power usage charge rate. (Please see the rate unit prices before and after the review for the rate unit prices that will be applied from April 1, 2025.)
