2026年4月1日から、「電気供給条件」の一部を見直します。

〜低圧の一部のお客さまが対象〜

この度、電気のご契約に関する基本的な条件を定めた「電気供給条件」の一部を見直します。

今回の変更は、お客さまの利便性向上等を目的に実施するものであり、本見直しに伴い、お客さまにご対応いただく事項はございません。

Eligible Customers

Customers who have signed a contract under the "Terms and Conditions of Electricity Supply"

 

  • Affected customers will be notified as follows:
    ・Customers who have confirmed their "Contract Details Notification" on "My Kyuden"
    The details will be announced on "My Kyuden" around the end of January 2026.
    ・Customers other than those listed above
    Notifications will be sent by mail in February.

Overview of the review

(1) Review of contract period

現在、「料金適用開始の日からその日が属する年度（4月1日から翌年の3月31日までの期間をいいます。）の末日まで」を契約期間としておりますが、これを「料金適用開始の日から、廃止または解約により需給契約が消滅する日までの期間」に見直します。
なお、当社が需給契約条件に定める契約種別を終了する場合は、上記に定める契約期間に関わらず、当該契約種別を終了する日とさせていただきます。

 

(2) Review of the calculation method for the amount of electricity used

計量器の故障等により使用電力量を正しく計量できなかった場合には、料金の算定期間の使用電力量または最大使用電力は、託送約款等に定めるところにより、お客さまと当社との協議により定めておりましたが、当社と一般送配電事業者等との協議により定めることに見直します。

  • 当社が使用電力量を協議する際に依拠する基準（託送約款等）はこれまでと変わりませんので、協議結果に実質的な違いはございません。

 

(3) Review of methods for giving notice of cancellation, etc.

当社は、お客さまが料金を支払期日を経過してなお支払われない場合等において、あらかじめお客さまにお知らせしたうえで、需給契約を解約することがありますが、このお知らせについて、お客さまが正当な理由なく受け取られない場合、お知らせのための書面を書留郵便にて発送し、書面を発送した日から 2 日後にお知らせしたものとみなすことに見直します。 

 

(4) Other revisions

① Abolition of advance payments
Regarding fees, we previously stipulated that we may require customers to make an advance payment if they so wish, but this will be abolished following the review.


② Abolition of security deposits
In cases where the fee has not been paid by the due date, etc., a security deposit may be required prior to the commencement or resumption of service, or as a condition for continued use. However, this provision will be abolished after the review.


③ Abolition of penalties for unauthorized use, etc.
In cases where electricity was used fraudulently due to alterations to electrical facilities, etc., and payment of all or part of the fee was avoided, a penalty equivalent to three times the amount avoided was charged. However, this will be abolished after the review.
