  • Can I pay with a transfer slip after the due date has passed?

    Even if the "payment due date" printed on the remittance slip has passed, you can still make the payment at a convenience store, financial institution, etc. as long as the "handling due date" has not passed.

  • I want the transfer slip to be reissued

    In principle, we cannot reissue payment slips.
    We will send you a ticket number via SMS that you can use to pay at a convenience store or ATM.

  • How do I change Customer name?

    When changing the name on your electricity contract:
    If you would like to make this request, please contact our call center.
    *If there is no change in your actual usage (such as a change of name due to marriage), we will only change the name on your current contract.
    *If there is a change in actual usage (such as the death of the contract holder or a change in name due to inheritance), the current contract will be terminated and a new contract will be accepted under the new name.
