Application requirements

The offer is for customers who meet all of the following conditions:

1. ① Those who, during the purchase period, replace existing home appliances (excluding new constructions) with EcoCute (including NeoCute and electric water heaters) or IH cooking heaters manufactured by companies affiliated with the Kyushu Housing Electrification Promotion Council, and who can submit "documentary evidence of the replaced appliances" *1-4
   1. EcoCute (including NeoCute and electric water heaters) is covered if the hot water storage capacity is between 150L and 1,500L. IH cooking heaters are covered if they are 200V specification; portable tabletop models and commercial equipment are excluded. Contracts for 100V or 200V (low voltage) supply voltage are covered.
   2. This applies to those who have replaced their gas or oil water heaters or other heat source equipment with an EcoCute (NeoCute, electric water heater), or those who have replaced their gas stoves with induction cooktops, or both.
   3. Proof of purchase for equipment refers to documents such as a copy of the warranty that allow all of the following information to be verified: [Purchased equipment, manufacturer, purchase date, retailer name, customer information (name, address)].
   4. If documentation proving the equipment is available, the installation of used equipment is also covered.
2. ② The system becomes all-electric by installing the equipment purchased or contracted. *5

3. ③ At the time of prize delivery, you must be subscribed to one of the following electricity Rate Plan with our company at the address where the purchased/contracted equipment is installed. *6

• To save you the trouble of mailing your entry, we have prepared an application form on this campaign's special website. Please fill in the required information and apply using the "Apply Now" button at the bottom of this page.
• Alternatively, please fill out the required information on the dedicated application form received from the retailer, etc., enclose the "documentation proving the replacement equipment," and mail it to the "All-Electric & Smart Lease Campaign" department.
• Please note that those who apply for Kyushu Electric Power Smart Lease and meet the eligibility requirements will automatically be included in this campaign, so there is no need to apply separately.

• Applications are valid only once per electricity contract. Please note that if you submit multiple applications, all subsequent applications will be invalid.
