Ltd. today announced that it has applied to the Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry for registration of its gas retail business in accordance with the revised Gas Business Act.
This is to materialize the "expansion of Kyuden fans through the provision of 'diverse energy services'", which is one of the priority action items of the Kyushu Electric Power Mid-term Management Policy.
The details of the service, including the rate menu, are currently under consideration and will be announced separately.
Kyuden will continue to meet the diverse needs of its customers and aim to be a corporate group that provides the "best energy services in Japan.
