Application requirements

This offer is available to customers who meet all of the following conditions.

1. ① During the eligible purchase period, those who have replaced other heat source appliances such as gas or oil in an existing home (excluding new construction) with an EcoCute (including NeoCute and electric water heaters) or IH cooking heater manufactured by a manufacturer affiliated with the Kyushu Housing Electrification Promotion Council, and who can submit a copy of the warranty for the replaced appliance *1-2
   • This applies to EcoCute (including NeoCute and electric water heaters) with a hot water storage capacity of 150L or more but less than 1,500L. This applies to induction cooking heaters with 200V specifications, but does not apply to portable types such as tabletops or commercial equipment. This applies to contracts with a supply voltage of 100V or 200V (low voltage).
   • Those who have "switched from other heat source equipment such as gas or oil water heaters to EcoCute (NeoCute, electric water heater)" or "switched from a gas stove to an induction cooking heater," or both.
2. ② By installing the equipment you purchased or contracted for, your home will become all-electric. *3

   *3: Hot water and cooking equipment must be "EcoCute (including NeoCute and electric water heaters) and IH cooking heaters."

3. ③ At the time of prize delivery, the winner must be under contract with our company for one of the following electricity Rate Plan at the address where the purchased/contracted equipment is installed. *4

How to Apply

• To avoid the hassle of mailing your entry, we have prepared an application form on the campaign's special website. Please click the "Apply Now" button, fill in the required information, and submit your application. (Applications will begin on October 1, 2025.)
• Alternatively, please fill out the necessary information on the special application and questionnaire form you received from your dealer, enclose a copy of your warranty, and mail it to the "More All-Electric in Kyushu. All-Electric Campaign" department.
  • Applications are valid only once per electricity contract. Please note that if you submit multiple applications, all subsequent applications will be invalid.
